Compassionate trauma-informed therapy
My therapy approach is trauma-informed and integrative, combining: relational therapy, nervous system–informed practices, EMDR, and evidence-based psychological approaches. I pay close attention to how past experiences live within both the body and mind — influencing stress responses, relationships, and self-protection patterns. Together we slow things down, build emotional safety, understand underlying patterns, and develop regulation and resilience.
INTEGRATIVE METHODS
Therapy Approaches
Play-Based & Sensory
I use gentle, play-based and sensory modalities when working with children. This tactile approach creates a safe space for expression and discovery, meeting every child exactly where they are.
Tailored Talk Therapy
Our conversations are tailored to you. I can integrate mindfulness, elements of ACT and DBT, and brief somatic work to find the right path forward for your specific needs.
EMDR
For deeper processing, I offer specialized methods like EMDR. This focused approach helps gently process stuck memories, reducing emotional intensity and supporting healing.
