About Triona

I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and therapist. I have worked extensively alongside kids, adolescents and adults navigating trauma, mental health challenges, grief, and complex life transitions, supporting people to make sense of difficult experiences and move toward greater stability and self-understanding.

My therapeutic style is warm, grounded, and collaborative and playful, balancing professional expertise with genuine compassion. I hope to create a space where clients can slow down, feel safe and supported, and explore what sits beneath patterns of stress, overwhelm, or disconnection.

Drawing on trauma-informed, relational, and nervous system–informed practices — including EMDR — I will tailor therapy to each individual, working at a pace that feels respectful and sustainable.

I believe meaningful change happens not through pressure or quick solutions, but through careful understanding, strengthened self-awareness, and the experience of being met with consistency and care.
